This is the fan favourite MADRE EVOO that just got even healthier. With only 150 bottles produced worldwide for this harvest, it also has the highest polyphenols so far in the batches we imported to Singapore.

MADRE extra virgin olive oil from the Franco Ledda Agricultural Company is an extra virgin olive oil produced from olives harvested with the utmost care, strictly by hand, using the "brucatura" technique, obtaining a wholesome and extremely high-quality product.

The pressing is done exclusively by mechanical means, and the product is bottled very quickly, preserving its fragrance and aroma. A fruity oil with predominant notes of fresh grass, artichoke, thistle, and a spicy flavor, MADRE has floral notes of fresh almond and ripe fruit.

TOTAL POLYPHENOLS LEVEL: 877.16 mg/kg (tested in Singapore 11 May 2026)
