This is an extra virgin olive oil produced from olives harvested from hundred years old olive trees with the utmost care, strictly by handpicked, with the “brucatura” technique, obtaining an intact and very high quality product. The pressing takes place solely through mechanical processes and the product is bottled within a very short time, so as not to alter its scent and aroma. Belonging to the fruity category with prevalent hints of fresh grass, artichoke, thistle, spicy taste, MADRE has hints of fresh floral almond and ripe fruit.
