Terraliva sprung to life in the heart of the Hyblaean Mountains in the small hilltop town of Buccheri, in the province of Syracuse, a few kilometres from one of the most beautiful cities in Eastern Sicily, renowned for its art and historical and architectural sites. Located in a volcanic region 700 metres above sea level, our ancient olive trees benefit from the variation in temperature between night and day, which blesses our plants with a form of positive stress that ensures a superior product with unique sensory properties.
